Dr. Javier Fonseca and Dr. Li Jiao received their Ph.D. degrees in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University (Boston, USA). They have since conducted research across the United States, Europe, and China, publishing their work in peer-reviewed, high-impact scientific journals such as Nature Materials, Journal of the American Chemical Society, or Advanced Materials. In parallel with their academic careers, they co-founded the J2 Veritas Science Foundation with the vision of supporting researchers from underserved regions—empowering talented individuals to develop their ideas and helping to reduce global inequities in access to scientific resources and opportunities.
